Senior Scholarship Information
The 2025 Berlin High School Senior Scholarship application is formatted as a Google Form and was emailed to the Class of 2025 on February 17th, 2025. Students will need to log in with their school-issued email and have their information and essay ready to submit before beginning the application, as they will not be able to resubmit or add additional information after the form has
been submitted.
With this one application, students may be eligible for several scholarships. Complete the scholarship application by 11:59 PM on March 16. Students will receive instant confirmation when their application has been submitted. Students must be enrolled as a post-secondary student in the Fall of 2025 to be eligible to collect any awarded scholarships. Students should see Mrs. Sobieski in the high school office with any questions.

The Fox River Scholarship Center is the most complete online source for scholarships available to students in the Wisconsin counties of Winnebago, Green Lake and Waushara Counties, and the City of Ripon in Fond du Lac County. The site also serves students from other regions of the United States if their parents work for certain employers based in the Oshkosh, Wisconsin area.
