4-Year Old Kindergarten Registration
Who: Children whose 4th birthday falls on or before September 1, 2012 are eligible to register for 4-year old kindergarten for the next school year.
Where:Registration will be held at CLAY LAMBERTON ELEMENTARY OFFICE:259 E. Marquette St. – 361-2442
When: Monday through Friday, February 20-24, 2012.7:00 AM – 3:30 PM at the Clay Lamberton Office
IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU REGISTER AT THIS TIME.
What to Bring
1. Original Birth Certificate
2. Immunization Record
3. DO NOT bring your child to this registration.
What to Expect: You will be asked to fill out registration forms and update immunization records.
YOU MUST BE A BERLIN AREA SCHOOL DISTRICT RESIDENT (or have applied for open enrollment)
